Now,I can napin almost any position where I can relax (lying across two chairs mostly works, though I still much prefer a couch or a bed).───现在，我可以在任何地点进行这种自我调整了，（虽然我更喜欢在沙发或者柔软的大床上，但工作时间，能凑合上2张椅子已经很不错了）也可以无视那些吵杂的环境（除了人的说话声）。

Even now, I still miss the time when I can take a nap before I go back to work in the afternoon.───即使现在，我依然怀念那时候，下午工作前能够小睡片刻。

Those are the best naps of all, leaving me feeling the most refreshed and awake. Even a 15-minute nap can totally refresh me if I have a dream (REM sleep).───这几次我都睡的很好，感觉上如果我做梦了(眼动睡眠)，我只需要15分钟的小睡就可以让我的精神焕然一新。
